Terms and Conditions

1. General

These Terms and Conditions govern bookings and payments for accommodation and related services at Hotel Deka Gudauri (the “Hotel”), operated by Individual Entrepreneur Nugzar Jaghmaidze, Seturebi village, Dusheti Municipality, Georgia. By paying for a booking, including via a payment link, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy below.

2. Services

The Hotel provides accommodation in Gudauri, Georgia, in single, double/twin and triple rooms, and in lodges next to the hotel. Additional services include breakfast, an à la carte restaurant, sauna, ski rental, ski storage and transfers. Additional services are charged separately unless included in your booking confirmation.

3. Booking and payment

• A booking is confirmed once the Hotel sends a written confirmation (by email or messenger) stating the dates, room types, number of guests and total price.
• A prepayment of 50% of the total booking value is required to guarantee the booking, payable within 30 days of booking. For bookings made within 7 days of arrival, prepayment may not be required — the Hotel will state this in the confirmation.
• The remaining balance is paid on arrival.
• Online payments are made through a secure payment link processed by the payment service provider Flitt. Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other methods shown on the payment page are accepted. The amount and currency are displayed on the payment page before you confirm the payment.
• Prices include all applicable taxes.

4. Cancellation, no-show and refunds

• Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival: the prepayment is refunded in full.
• Cancellation within 30 days of arrival, or no-show: the prepayment is non-refundable.
• For partial cancellations, these rules apply to each cancelled room separately.
• Cancellations must be sent in writing to hoteldeka@gmail.com. All deadlines are calculated in Tbilisi time (GMT+4).
• Refunds are made to the same card or payment method used for the payment, within 10 business days of the cancellation being confirmed. The time it takes for the funds to appear depends on your bank. Refunds are made at the exchange rate applied at the time of payment.

5. Provision of services

Services are provided at the Hotel on the dates stated in the booking confirmation. No physical goods are shipped.

6. Guest responsibilities

Guests must follow the Hotel's house rules and take care of the Hotel's property. Guests are liable for any damage they cause.

7. Limitation of liability

The Hotel is not liable for losses caused by circumstances beyond its control (force majeure), including weather conditions, closure of the Tbilisi–Gudauri road, or the operation of ski lifts.

8. Privacy Policy

• We collect your name, phone number, email, booking details and, where required by law, identity document details.
• Card details are entered on Flitt's secure payment page and processed by Flitt in accordance with the PCI DSS standard. The Hotel does not receive or store full card details.
• We use your data to process your booking, communicate with you and meet legal obligations.
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except the payment provider, the systems we use to manage reservations, and authorities where required by law.
• We keep data only as long as needed for these purposes or as required by law.
• Under the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection, you may request access to, correction of or deletion of your data by writing to hoteldeka@gmail.com.
• This website does not use tracking or marketing cookies.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Disputes are resolved by negotiation and, failing agreement, by the courts of Georgia.

10. Changes to these Terms

The Hotel may update these Terms. The version in effect at the time of booking applies to that booking.
